Will it run on my hosting?⌄
If it has PHP 8.0+ and the pdo_sqlite extension (default on cPanel and Plesk) it will. The installer checks this on its first screen.
Is there a monthly fee?⌄

Can I add my own language?⌄
Yes. Copy languages/en.php to a new file (for example languages/vi.php), translate the values and it appears automatically in every selector.
